Shipping & Delivery
Gamry online orders cannot be shipped outside of the United States.  Resellers are prohibited from shipping our products outside of the US, as well.
Gamry ships all purchases via FedEx and delivery options are available at time of check out.  Most orders ship within 10 days of receipt, however Gamry will not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of a delay in shipment or delivery.  If a product has been lost, stolen or damaged in transit, your claim is against the carrier, not with Gamry.
Returns & Replacements
Gamry does not accept returns.  If you are having a problem with any of the products purchased, please review our website's Technical Support Resources for our Troubleshooting Guide, Installation & Setup, and Frequently Asked Questions. You can also contact our Sales Department at 215-682-9330.

Your order will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of payment.
Viewing Orders
You will be able to view your order history including any pending orders through your Account Dashboard.  We will also send an Order Confirmation email to the address used to create your account.
Creating Account Information
Gamry requires you to register and establish an account to view pricing and place your orders.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user and password information for this account.  Gamry cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use of this account.
