Creating an account

You need an account to see prices and to order. Create an account. We then check that you are in the United States. This takes up to 24 hours. You can order as soon as your account is approved.

Prices and quotes

Prices show after you sign in. To get a formal quote instead of ordering, add products to a quote with Add to Quote, then submit the quote request.

Minimum order

The minimum order is $100.

Shipping

  • We ship with FedEx, to addresses in the United States only.
  • FedEx Ground is free. Faster FedEx services are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. A faster FedEx service shortens delivery, not processing. If you need an order the same day, call us first: 215-682-9330.

Sales tax

  • We charge sales tax only on orders shipped to California or Pennsylvania.
  • Orders shipped to any other state have no sales tax.
  • If your organization is exempt from California or Pennsylvania sales tax, tick I am exempt from California/Pennsylvania Tax when you create your account and upload your form.

Outside the United States

The online store can only ship to US addresses, and resellers may not ship our products outside the US. Please buy through your local distributor.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, it gets a FedEx tracking number. You will find it in My Orders and at the top of the order page. Click the number to follow your package on the FedEx website.
